    TSINANDALI   -  White, dry wine. Made by mixing two varieties of grapes Rkatsiteli &
    Mtsvane
    . The name of the wine comes from the village Tsinandali.  The area of the microzone includes on the one hand the continuation of the forest slopes of the north-eastern slope of the Tsiv-Gombori ridge and on the other hand the foothills and the Alazani plain. Industrial vineyards are mainly located in the range of 300-750 m above sea level.
    It is noteworthy that in Tsinandali at the first half of the nineteenth century  For the first time in the history of Georgia , prince Alexander Chavchavadze made Georgian wine  according to European rules and Poured wine in bottles. After that, the foundation of European wine production was laid in Georgia.
