Monumental Art Nouveau Gouda Vase Jardiniere. Stylized Lilies. Jewel Tones. High glaze. 10x14. It appears that the R is an artist mark from that period.
Typical mark from Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland (PZH). Stylized logo from the gates of Lazurus,  a leper infirmary in the 1600s.
PZH was founded in the town of Gouda in South-Holland (Zuid-Holland). This information comes from the goudadesign page from the UK.  From what I can tell, the mark on this vase dates it from 1898 to the 1920s.  I couldn't determine for sure from info.
The only other one I could find was from a German company. It was a very similar stylized lily with the 'high glaze'. They dated it from 1898 to 1919. Similar makers mark with a carved 'SI' where this has a carved 'S'.
