You are buying a design service not physical item. We recommend to see our template demos before you buy as will be difficult to return our time spent to design template for you. If the original not altered template does not work or the support is not able to solve the problem the user/buyer is entitled to 30 days money back guarantee. Period is counted from the date of sending the login details.
Once the login details are sent out, we can't exchange for other template. We will not accept returns for refund, if user/buyer: sent us incorrect information to link the template, requested refund without giving a reason or issued negative feedback before contacting our support first. Links works on Desktops view. Links hidden on Mobiles, Tablets  views. Links on eBay app are not supported by eBay.
