Description

1966 Bel Air coupe
Drivetrain:
-396 engine (from 1968 Chevelle)
-Turbo 350 transmission
-12 bolt 3:31 rear axle
Exhaust :
-Comes with extra set of headers in trunk though had stock exhaust manifolds. Comes with new dual exhaust kit in box (not installed)
Body
-Floors, trunk and frame clean with very minimal rust (see pics)
-Rust areas are bottom of passenger side fender, driver’s side rear wheel lip area and spot bottom of rear  glass. Previous owner cut the metal spacing between the rear seat and trunk to haul his surfboards. I have  a replacement panel that comes with the car. He also made to holes left and right where the metal went to  hang his surfboards.
-Dings here and there and previous repair on driver’s side rear quarter after rubbing against a pole.
Suspension
-Front tie rods and wheel cylinders need replacement (comes with new tie rods and wheel cylinders)
-I replaced all 4 shocks and brakes along with master cylinder. Front wheel cylinders are bad as stated         before and need to be replaced before driving.
Glass
- Passenger side of windshield and wing window cracked. Comes with replacement wing window.
Interior
- Seats, headliner and door panels need reupholstery ;thanks to the desert sun bake) comes with                  replacement dash pad
There is an electrical short in the engine harness preventing the engine to start. Turns over fine though no power to the ignition coil and no headlights or taillights. This a project car that needs TLC before being put on the road.
The Bel Air is sold as is and where is. Buyer responsible for shipping, again the Bel Air does not run yet.
